Last year in 2016, I only set one new year’s resolution: to learn how to stop being judgmental. Ditching that judgmental, negative energy was one of the best decisions I’ve made. And boy, was it freeeeeiiinnnngggg. But, it wasn’t exactly an easy feat.
When I went gluten-free, I had all the feels about it. Where was this list when I started this whole process? I wish someone gave me some #realtalk about the mental struggle with dietary restrictions. So, let’s get liberated.
