With mindfulness, I got real on the negative dialogue and self-limiting beliefs in my head. Here are some tiny tactics I used to become aware of the conversations in my head.
Last year in 2016, I only set one new year’s resolution: to learn how to stop being judgmental. Ditching that judgmental, negative energy was one of the best decisions I’ve made. And boy, was it freeeeeiiinnnngggg. But, it wasn’t exactly an easy feat.
