Last year in 2016, I only set one new year’s resolution: to learn how to stop being judgmental. Ditching that judgmental, negative energy was one of the best decisions I’ve made. And boy, was it freeeeeiiinnnngggg. But, it wasn’t exactly an easy feat.
I LOVE this bowl and I eat it almost daily! It is fast, easy, and it really hits the spot since I usually crave something a little sweet in the morning. This is my go-to because I can make it under 20 mins from scratch and dash out the door.
These nutrient-dense blondies are packed with protein, fiber & iron. I’m obsessed with these squares since they are filling, substantial, and jam-packed with superfoods. Whenever I make these people take seconds and thirds. (No joke, even fourths!)
